Daim_Davinci Daim Davinci also known as Young Daim is an aspiring artist/song-writer from St. Louis, MO. Daim began rapping shortly after he learned how sharp he was at putting words together. His early admission into the world of Hip-Hop started with simple poetry to captivate the ladies in middle school, and deal with his deep introverted thinking. It then progressed to writing poems that reflected his everyday struggle. His struggle was not much different then many young people- the temptation they face. After moving to Northern CA, Daim was able to discover himself and recognize the relief he gotten from story-telling and dream-selling in his tantalizing unorthodox rap style, trade marking himself as the “big word dude.” This is demonstrated in his early days formatting his music with an amazing combination of insane vocab. Throughout the years his story telling progressed and became more relatable for the masses. His music and rap became so vivid he then pinned the name Davinci after the late musician, sculptor, artist Leonardo DaVinci. Daim thought of himself as an artist professor that painted pictures that others could interpret. It wasn't until other people noticed he had a niche to move folks with his words that he began to take rap/hip-hop seriously. He learned to see it as medium and an artistry that could directly affect the uninsightful minds of those around him and bring about change to his environment. What Daim Davinci raps about is real to life, his struggle, the struggle of those closes to him, and their celebration of making it to the top. His flamboyant and swaged-out rap style is uniquely different and does not go unnoticed for any music genre lover.
