Young CITY is your typical boy next door (if you live in the hood of course). Born in Chicago, Illinios and then raised on the South Side Of Chicago, CITY truly is the best of both worlds. The young block star always had a knack for dropping that crack on tracks. A stubborn hustler, accustomed to fast money, CITY usually ignored the praises he received for his lyrical skills. It was the overwhelming presence of the drug game that almost kept this talent from ever surfacing. Back then, the only thing that could get CITY away from the streets was death or incarceration. Strangely enough, he was content with living the fast life. After all, when you have access to piles of money, exotic cars, and beautiful women, what is the rap game? It seemed like YOUNG CITY would never leave the trap alone and reach his full potential as a rapper. But it was after coming out unscathed in an almost fatal car accident, CITY had a long awaited epiphany. Grateful to be alive, he then decided to put his money into something positive and get on the right track. He pooled together his resources and started his own label BLOCK BOYZ ENT. He even managed to drag some of his comrads out of the game along with him. Now he is flooding the streets with countless mixtapes while working on his debut album ironically titled ITZ A GO. That just proves the old saying to be true: "With great tragedy comes an even greater oppurtunity."
